Central Catholic is pleased to host students and their families from across Stark County this weekend, Sunday, January 14. The Crusaders, in partnership with St. Thomas Aquinas and Stark County Youth Ministry, launched a Youth Worship Series this year intended to encourage students to become actively engaged in their faith development and connect Catholic school students with area parish youth groups.
The series includes quarterly youth Masses, Adoration with music in unique settings, youth gatherings, game nights, and service.
All students & their families are invited to celebrate Mass this weekend (Sunday, Jan. 14) at CCHS, with Crusader Campus Chaplain Fr. Fritz & Director of Campus Ministry at CCHS Deacon Randy in Theatre 303 at 5:30 pm.
This weekend's youth worship includes Sunday Mass with readings, offertory, and prayers led by students from area parishes, music
selected especially for student & family engagement, offertory collection so that envelopes can be sent to home parishes, 15 minutes of Adoration with music after Mass in the theatre, and students in grades 7-12 gathering to enjoy dinner at games after worship.
Stay tuned for their spring youth worship night, Easter service project, and details on a summer mission trip!
