CCHS Fall Sports Summer Workout Info

Cheerleading
Anyone interested in Crusader Cheerleading should make plans to attend the squad’s try-out clinic on Tuesday, May 28th from 3-5 pm, Wednesday, May 29th and Thursday, May 30th, both days, 6-8 pm. Tryouts will be Saturday, June 1st 9-12 pm. June 2nd there is a parent meeting in the CCHS Community Room at 5 pm. For more information, contact Coach Molly Fischer by email at [email protected]
 
Cross Country
The team runs together through-out the summer and all members attend an annual retreat before school starts. To check out cross country, contact Coach John Paul by email at [email protected] or call 330.478.2131.

Boys Golf
Crusader Boys Golf plays at Elms Country Club. For more information on summer practices, contact the new Head Coach Zac Isla by email at [email protected].
 
Girls Golf
Open swings on Tuesdays in July (2, 9, 16, 23, 30) from 10-11 am at Arrowhead Golf Course. Putting & short irons only during open swings. Try-outs on July 31st and August 1st at 9:30 am at Arrowhead. Contact Coach Crane by email at [email protected]
 
Boys Soccer
Player & parent meeting on Thursday, June 4, 6 pm in the Community Room, followed by a workout in the stadium until 8:30 pm. Workouts are in June and July. Tryouts are August 1, 9 am – 12 pm. Girls Soccer
There will be an informational meeting held in the Central Catholic Community Room on Thursday, May 23rd at 6:00 pm for any girls interested in playing soccer next year. For questions, please contact Coach Tony Volpe by email at [email protected]
 
Girls Tennis
Open tennis every Monday and Wednesday in June & July, beginning June 3, from 3-4:15 pm. Contact Coach Mark Jelichek by email at [email protected]
 
Volleyball
Summer open gyms begin June 4th and are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-10 am (no open gyms on 6/27, 7/2, 7/4, 7/18) at CCHS. Strength and conditioning will be at the NST Facility on Mondays and Wednesdays. Tryouts will be held on August 1st, from 8-11 am and 12-2 pm.
