Our first Hot Lunch Day will be Wednesday, September 9th. Ordering will be opened up through Boonli on Monday, August 17th and it will be closed on Friday, August 28th at midnight. You will have 12 days to order. You must order for September during these days. No late ordering. It will be a quick turn around then to order for October which will start on September 1st. It will then always be like normal. You will always order one month ahead of time. Open Ordering will always open on the 1st of the month and close on the 10th of the month like in the past. When you log in to your Boonli account if you go to “My Account” it will show the credit owed to you from the end of last school year. That will automatically be taken off of your bill when you check your cart out.
As always there is an Annual Registration Fee due at the start of the school year. This fee is charged so that we can offer our lunch program online. This covers the cost of the credit card processing, technical support and more. That fee is $40.00 and a check needs to be sent to the front office “Attn: Hot Lunch” by Friday, August 28th. Check made out to St. Paul’s or correct cash please. If we do not receive this you will not be able to order for October. Once ordering is open you will also receive your student’s home room assignment that day. When you log in to Boonli you must place your student in the right classroom to order.
