Regina Coeli holds Virtual May Crowning

Regina Coeli holds Virtual May Crowning

May Crowning is a very special tradition at Regina Coeli. In this tradition, we present flowers and a crown to Mary in order to honor her as the Mother of God. Mary, who gave her son to die for all of our sins, continues to intercede for us to her son. This shows all of us the unconditional love that a mother has for her children. This year, due to our COVID-19 school closure, we couldn't come together in person to celebrate this traditional ceremony. To still honor Mother Mary, Regina Coeli has decided to hold its ceremony virtually.
