Mrs. Georgette Lavery is one of the most experienced teachers at SS. Philip and James School!  She has dedicated over 34 years to teaching preschoolers, most of those years here at SPJ.  She has also taught at Lakeview Methodist Center and The University of Akron Child Development Center. Mrs. Lavery says, “I love teaching the youngest students at SPJ. Preschool-age children are learning all the time and our work is actually play!”

Mrs. Lavery and her family belong to SS. Philip and James Parish.

She has been married to her husband Dan for over 38 years and has three adult children. She loves to read and garden and spend time with her grandchildren and puppy.
