Graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2006, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Middle School Education. After graduation, I went to work at Our Lady of Peace School in Canton, teaching Religion, Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, Mathematics, as well as Computers to the Middle School grades. In 2010, I began teaching at St. Barbara’s school in Massillon. In 2017, I was so excited to join the St. Mary's Family!
In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I have led students in numerous other activities, such as the International Book Sharing Project, the Stark County District Library Youth Poetry Contest, Student Council, Safety Patrol, Book Club, the Science Fair, and numerous service projects and field trips.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy volunteering for causes such as Relay for Life and spending time with my family. I like using summer vacations for travel, as well as to continue to pursue a master’s degree in Education.
