Central Catholic has dozens of student organizations, including one created for budding entrepreneurs.
Over the summer, our entrepreneurship club, Profit Ninjas launched a special project called Faithful Threads. The students involved in Faithful Threads wanted to collect donated, gently used uniform pieces and spirit wear to resell to families at significantly discounted prices. They were thrilled to have a huge inventory of donated items given to them.
In collaboration with Faithful Threads, Profit Ninjas also designed their first "Battle of 13th Street," beat Perry shirt. The two groups of students partnered together for their inaugural sale.
They set up their first pop-up shop during our New Family Picnic and their endeavors were a hit! The lobby was packed with customers who wanted to check out their uniform pieces & spirit wear, along with the 2024 Perry shirt. Their Perry shirt was such a hit that by the time school started, they only had a dozen left to sell during lunch, selling out easily. At the pop-up shop, customers were impressed with their selection and were thrilled to get great pieces at discounted prices. This student-led initiative was a huge success.
Next up, they will be releasing a very special football shirt. Be on the lookout for that sale, you'll want to act quickly because we are confident they will see just as much success with their second official sale. Great job, Cru!
