Students do not remove yourself from google classrooms and if you have join again. Your teachers need that to turn in your grades.
Service Opportunities:
Extra help is needed for Recycling during Exam Week immediately after exams each day. Extra boxes will be in the halls for recycling paper, cardboard, notebooks... and for collecting any reusable school supplies to be donated. Service hours for next year are available for those who help after the exams. Sign up on GC and see Mrs. Dick (in Room 305) for instructions after the exam. Teachers are reminded to please send a student out to empty their recycling bin before the end today.
2-4 volunteers are needed to help at the Community Classic Golf Outing on Monday, June 3rd, from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, at Brookside Country Club. Sign up and more info on GC.

Lockers:
Students - you must have your lockers cleaned out by this Friday. Any items left in the lockers after Friday will be thrown out or donated. Please recycle gently used school supplies and throw away any trash. If your locker is damaged in any way, you will be contacted over summer for a resolution.
Profit Ninjas:
This week only there are special discounts (6 items under $1) and new snacks like Peanut M&Ms, Kit Kats, and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups to name a few, in the cafeteria vending machine. School supplies are also available including 0.7mm pencils and lead refill, pens,
highlighters, tissues, and note cards to help you get through the week.
Marketing:
Marketing Internship & Digital News – Any student who is interested in creating videos, generating social media content, working with alumni, creating news about CCHS, or who wants to be on the news team that does the video scoreboard for home games should check-out our internship or digital news team. Students set their own schedule over the summer. Be sure to sign-up or talk to Mrs. Cramer before the end of the week as field trips are being planned. If you’re interested see Mrs. Cramer or sign-up in the Main Office.
Educational Tour:

St. Clement/Holy Family Festival is June 6th, 7th, and 8th. Volunteers are needed to help and they need to know soon if they have helpers or not. QR code to sign up and more info is on GC. Service hours will count for next year.
ATTENTION GENTLEMEN - 2 SUMMER SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES are being offered by the Perry Police Department. Opportunity #1 June 10th - June 21st, 2024, 9:00am - 3:00pm. Volunteers will be assisting in activities such as fishing, swimming, collecting canned foods, and more, with middle school students. This is worth 60 hours of service for CCHS!
Opportunity #2 July 29th through August 2nd, 2024, 8:30am - 12:00pm. Volunteers will be assisting elementary students in learning about safety within the community. This one is worth 10.5 hours of service for CCHS! Sign up for either of these (or both of these) on GC.

The Italian American festival needs help setting up Wednesday, 7/3 and Thursday, 7/4 and taking down on Sunday, 7/7. Times will be posted when we get them on GC.

Book Club:
Join the conversation and ignite your imagination by joining the Central Catholic Book Club. Students will have the opportunity to discuss and recommend their favorite books, while also exploring new worlds and themes suggested by their peers. The club will meet once a month on Wednesday mornings next year to share a meal and discuss the book chosen by the group through voting. If you have any questions or concerns, please visit Natalie Street or Lord Scholl in room 214, so join the club and be lit-ature.
