Tomorrow will be a Spirit Day - Please follow Spirit Day guidelines in your student handbook.

We are having visitors from Heritage Christian School today.

Attention Period 2 Ceramic students from last semester. Seven of you left behind your final project and it needs to be picked up in room 403 by the end of this week.

Holocaust:
Those on the Holocaust trip to Washington DC, final payment is due in one week.

Trivia:The sophomore class will be hosting a Trivia Event for the entire school on Sunday, February 19th. Get your teams of 4 together for trivia. The cost is $20.00 for a team of 4. So get your team together and join us for an exciting afternoon of trivia. Who will be named the trivia champions.

Service Opportunities:
Another CAST Project - Ten volunteers are needed for Whispering Grace Horses, Saturday, January 28th, 8:00am-10:00am. Volunteers are needed to help with cleaning stalls and other needed work. If volunteering for the first time, you must have the waiver filled out. See GC.

Athletics:
Attention boys interested in Lacrosse this spring; on Friday, January 27, 2023, there will be a Lacrosse meeting for any interested boys and their parents. This will be an informational meeting here at 6:00 in the Central Catholic Community Room.

Speech & Debate: Congratulations to the Speech & Debate team for a great tournament at Hoover High School over the weekend. Jekhia Ballard continues to dominate Drama and once again took home the championship. Good luck this week at Norton.

Campus Ministry: We will have Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the chapel after school TODAY from 3-3:30. You can stop in for any amount of time. A great way to spend a little extra time in quiet prayer!

Athletics:
The bowling teams had a home match against East Canton Friday. The Girls’ Varsity lost to East Canton 2,256 to 2,033. High score for the girls' team was bowled by Sarah Colucy with a two-game series of 333. The Boys’ Varsity team lost to the Hornets 2,371 to 2,298. High score for the boys' team was bowled by Braylan Gawlak with a two-game series of 441. The Girls’ JV team lost to East Canton 1,212 to 1,063. High score for the girls' JV team was bowled by Jae Lynn Miller with a two-game series of 263. The Boys’ JV team bowled short-handed with only four bowlers and lost to East Canton 1,817 to 1,252. High score for the boys' JV team was bowled by Gio DiSabato with a two-game series of 240. Games over 200 were bowled by Braylan Gawlak with games of 224 and 217, Tim Sieber with a 202 game, and Sarah Colucy with a 207 game. The bowling teams have an away match at Eastbury Lanes against Louisville on Wednesday.
