STA Student Ambassadors Take Art to St. Peter School

This week is National Catholic Schools Week. As always, St. Thomas Aquinas noted the week in a variety of ways, themed dress days, decorated doors, special gifts, and prayers. On Wednesday, February 2nd, twenty-four STA Student Ambassadors loaded a bus and headed to partner school, St. Peter Catholic Elementary School, to celebrate Catholic Schools Week!

Twenty-four STA students led art projects in each preschool-grade 5 classroom. Elementary students got to decorate a take-home bag, create a book celebrating Catholic education, and had their hands drawn on a traveling mural to "raise their hands for Catholic education." Our 7th through 12th-grade ambassadors did an awesome job and the St. Peter students and staff were welcoming and appreciative. It was a great event demonstrating what is unique about Catholic education. We're #TogetherInFaithExcellenceService

These special moments are part of the #AquinasAdvantage.
